Boy, I am excited to bring this review to you. For the longest time I have had a small table that I work off of in our home. Well, recently my hubby and I decided to buy a desk so I would have a work station. We got the desk and got everything set up. I was then making a list of things that I needed for my office and to keep things in order. One of the things on my list was a binder for all of my papers.
Much to my surprise I was asked to review on my Shoplet.com. I am a reviewer for this wonderful company and this is the second review I have done with them.
I received 3 items to review.
Item # - AVE79795 - Letter - 8.5" x 11" - 400 Sheet - 1.5" Capacity - 1 Each - White
•Heavy-duty view binder features improved One Touch EZD locking rings that open with ease and keep pages secure.
•Gap-Free ring feature prevents gapping and misalignment of rings.
•Rings hold up to 50 percent more than same-size round rings.
I love this ring binder. It is just what I was looking for and so much more. It has plenty of room to hold all of the papers I need it too. The rings open very easily and I can even do it with one hand. The rings are not the normal circle shape. I really don't know how to describe them but the paper just moves on them so much easier than on the standard circle shaped one.
On the inside of each cover they have clear pockets attached to them. The front flap has two pockets on it. A taller one and a shorter one. This is a great idea and I love it. I am able to keep additional, important papers in these areas. Most binders only come with one if they have that. This is a huge plus in my book. The back flap also has two clear pockets on it too. A taller and shorter one.
It is 1 1/2" and holds 40% more paper than the round ring binders.
I am very impressed with this item.
The second item I receive to review was Avery Custom Binder Spine Inserts
Item # - AVE89105 - 1-1/2" Spine Width, 5 Inserts/Sheet, 5 Sheets/Pack
•Sold in Packs of 25
•Create professional-looking binder spines using your inkjet or laser printer.
•Micro-perforated cardstock for easy separation of each spine.
•Firm cardstock makes it easier to insert each spine into a binder.
This product is absolutely wonderful. They are called binder labels and allows you to print them on your printer and then they easily tear apart. You can then place it on the outer binder spine in the clear pocket provided. This way when you place multiple binders on a shelf you can easily see what each binder contains. No need to have to pull each one out. They are made by Avery and have easy templates that you can just click and create.
They work on all laser and ink jet printers.
There a total of 5 sheets in a package. They work best with Avery Easy Insert Spine Binders.
Like I said before they are inserted into the clear pocket located on the spine. Most binders do not have this outer pocket on the spine. That is why we recommend you use the Avery Easy Insert Spine Binders.
The third product we reviewed was Avery NoteTabs-Notes
Item # - AVE16323 - Tabs and Flags in One, Pastel Blue/Clear, Three Inch, 10/Pack
•Sold in Packs of 10
•Flexible organization tool that combines the best of notes, tabs and flags in one.
•Durable film material with a paper tab overlay.
•Writable on both tab and body surfaces.
This is a really cool product. I have personally never seen anything like it. It is a pack of ten and they easily peel apart from one another. It easily allows you to stick them to pages in a textbook, notebook, organizers etc. Say you want to highlight a section but don't want to do it in the book. Just place one of the note tabs over the section and highlight on top of it. Easy as 1-2-3.
Say you want to write notes in a section etc. Easy. Just place a binder tab on the area and you can write on top of it. Then if you no longer need it, all you have to do is pull it right off. It will not damage the page at all. It also has a tab on the side that sticks out so you can easily find that page again too.
This is a wonderful product and a must have for office, home, school etc.
I highly recommend you head over to Shoplet.com for all of your office supplies.
