I have 2 little girls and I love to doll them all up with adorable hairbows and clippies. That is, when they let me...LOL
My oldest is 6 years old and quite the tomboy so I have to just about beg her at times. Then at other times she is the total diva and begging to where them. My baby girl on the other hand doesn't have real long hair. We have her hair cut into a bob which fits her perfect. Clippies seem to work best in her hair and look quite cute too. We were able to review 3 sets of clippies from Sapling Samples.
We were sent a set that have black ribbon on them with white dots. Then there is a red "A" hot glued on to each of them. The "A" is the initial for both girls first names. They are absolutely too cute and great for Back to School time!
The next set had Purple Ribbon attached to each clippie. Then there is a pretty purple flower attached to it with a little purple rhinestone in the center of each flower. They are super cute and the flower is so detailed. It is like it pops right off the clippies.
The last set we received was a rosette made out of fabric. The fabric was like an off white with different colored hearts on it. The clippies had pink ribbon attached to each. She then used a pink button to attache the rosette to each clippie. I have to say out of the 3 I loved them all but these were my favorite. I think because I have a heart fetish.
Here is a little info about Sapling Samples:
She started making bows for her two girls, her son and stepson weren't interested in bows for some reason... As she started becoming a little addicted to making hair clips, they kept her from boredom while stationed at Fort Irwin (another addiction is cloth diapers), her husband told her she needed to start selling them. They were taking over the house and her girls could not wear all of them!
All three of her children are named after trees, they are her little saplings, hence the name 'Sapling Samples'.
