If you are anythin like me you always have to make sure that you are stocked up on batteries. This is a must in my hosue with all of our gadgets. My son is constantly coming down asking for new ones.
I love Duracell batteries as they seem to last the longest. I have to say though that I have always wanted to try the rechargeable batteries and recently had the chance too. We received a charger with a total of 4 rechargeable batteries. 2 in size "AA" and 2 in size "AAA"
It was super easy to use. You just clip open the front of it and you can then insert the batteries. On theback is where you can pop the prongs out that go into the socket. Once you are down you can push those right back in. A red light will come on saying they are not charged. When they are fully charged the light will turn to green. It states on the packaging that 2 "AA" batteries will charge in about an hour. This was the case with us. They charged quickly and held the charge for quite sometime. This will save me some $$$.
Duracell has a New Campaign with NFL Pro Linebacker Patrick Willis, telling his inspirational story to show how, with "the right stuff inside, great things are possible."
I watched the video and it hit a special spot in my heart. It shows that if you have the desire you can make any dreams come true and I beleive this. You just have to keep trying and never give up. This is what I teach my little ones everyday. You have to have the determination to do it and then make sure you follow through. Even if you hit bumps along the way you just keep trying and you will soon reach your goal.
I invite you to view this "Trust Your Power" video featuring Patrick Willis and comment telling me how it inspired you.
