SavvyCents for the Fashionably Frugal { Review }

Being a family of five, I am constantly having to budget our money. I like to set certain amounts aside for things and especially during the holiday months. All year long I am putting money to the side for Christmas, Birthdays, Vacation, Eating Out, etc. My problem is keeping it all seperated. I am a very organized person so it helps me greatly to have the money set aside for each organized somehow.

I found a wonderful company that helps with this. They are called SavvyCents.

They make a wonderful wallet that helps you Save your Cents. The entire wallet has a zipper around it that allows you to close everything up to ensure you don't loose anything.
When you open it on the one side is slots. Here you can put credit cards, store savings cards, etc. In the middle is a loop in which you can place a pen so you have it with you to take notes. On the other side is files. One the outside of the files is two slots that have clear windows on the front. You can put your license in one of this spots for instance.
The files are great. There are a total of 5 that have tabs that come up. Each file as 2 slots. It comes with labels for you to use on your tabs, such as:
* Grocery
* Restaurant
* Clothing
* Entertainment
* Misc
* Personal
* Gas
* Gifts
* and 8 Blank Ones.

These files will help you manage the money that you are saving. When you have money for a particular one you just place it right in that folder so you know. I absolutely love this wallet. I also take any coupons, savings cards etc and place it in one of the slots in that file. This way I don't forget about it and remember to use them when checking out. For instance when I go grocery shopping. I have my money right in the file and place all of my coupons etc in the other slot. This way when I check out I see the coupons and use them right before I pull out my money. It is awesome and most of all Organized, which is a big plus with me!!!

Savvycents was first formed in January of 2009 after Melinda Claudepierre read a book about becoming debt free and following the cash envelope system of budgeting.

Frustrated with paper envelopes and disorganization with her wallet, she wanted to create a wallet that would allow her to keep her cash in separate categories and also give quick access to her drivers license, coin holder, and all of her discount cards and coupons. The Savvycents wallet organizer allows you to have all these thing in an attractive wallet that every woman would love to carry.

Melinda Claudepierre - President and creator of Savvycents, the best wallet organizer is a stay-at-home mom of three kids and has been married to Jon for 15 years. She is a former teacher.
