This workout DVD allows you to incorporate your baby into your workouts.
I absolutely love the workouts and the bonding time I get to spend with my baby girl. I have to limit myself do to the size/weight of my baby girl. She is a chunky monkey...LOL
I can definately tell that the workouts work. I can feel it all over my body. My baby girl also loves doing them with me. She just laughs and giggles the whole time. She gets all excited when I grab the baby carrier. She knows we are getting ready to do a workout.
I wish I would have had a workout DVD like this with my older 2. The bonding time is wonderful and we both enjoy it so much. I do it during quite time about 2 days a week so my older 2 our upstairs in their rooms. Makes for a nice quite time to concentrate on the workouts and my baby girl.
If you love to work out and have a little one then I highly recommend you try this workout. You will love it too and so will your baby!
The DVDs I received included:
DVD1: Interview, warm-up, 2 total body baby carrier workouts, baby weight lower body blast workout, tummy tightening baby workout (55 min.)
DVD 2: Warm-Up, 2 baby weight body toning workouts, fat dripping burst cardio workout, stroller workout demonstration (35 min.)

* Exercise ball: 55 cm or 65 cm
* Dumbbells: 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, and higher as you progress
* Baby front or back carrier
* Stretching mat (optional)

Babytone DVDs are for those moms who have babies from 2 months to about 20 months. There are 8 short 10 minute workouts that you can do with your baby. These workouts solve the problem of not having enough time, and also not wanting to leave you baby alone while you workout. These workouts will bring a smile to your face and will provide extra bonding with your baby. There are 2 DVDs as well as an interview with Alecia who is the star of the DVD. She will share her secrets to how she was able to get back into shape so quickly after having her baby. I will also coach you through different stroller exercises and workouts.
