Vinyl Chatter Words that Matter { Review }

Autumn time is now upon and I am sure most of you have decorated for Halloween. We have all of our Halloween decorations out and preparing for a month of Halloween Art Projects too! I was excited to partner with Vinyl Chatter for a wonderful Halloween Project.

Vinyl Chatter is a wonderful compnay that offers a variety of products. The owner Debra is absolutely a sweetheart to work with and takes pride in everything she creates. I love her products so much and especially because most of them can be personalized. A personalized item always makes for a wonderful gift all year long. Whether for a birthday, Christmas. Etc.

We had the opportunity to review 3 of her iron-ons for Halloween.

I had my kids visit her site and choose the one they would like. I then worked this in as a art project for our school day beings I homeschool them. Beings they had to be ironed on I didn't want them touching the iron, so I did that part. They helped me line up each item on the shirts and I allowed them to pick out the shirts that they wanted to use.

My baby girl is a huge Mickey/Minnie Mouse fan so I just knew she would go right for the Mickey/Minnie items. She choose a Minnie Mouse head that looks like a Jack-O-Lantern.

 Debra provides you with a sheet of paper with step-by-step instructions. Each piece of the iron-on is on it's own clear sheet and numbered. This is so you know which piece goes next etc.

I layed out my baby girl's shirt and ironed out all of the wrinkles first. I then layed the first piece down with the shiny side up and sticky side down. The sticky side down allows it to help hold it in place. I then placed the iron on top of it and pressed gently for about 20 seconds before moving to the next section of the decal. I then did this all the way around the image. Once that was done I removed the clear paper and proceeded to do the same with the other pieces. I literally took me just a couple miniutes from start to finish and her shirt was done. She loved it!!!

You can just see how adorable it came out. I did the exact same thing for the other 2 shirts that we made. Each one was very simple and easy to do and my kids loved them.
My oldest daughter choose Minnie Mouse dressed as a ghost.

My son choose a Mickey Mouse Head dressed like Perry from Phineas and Ferb. He loves this show and as soon as he saw it he said that was definately the one he wanted.

My kids loved all of the iron-ons that they received and so do I. They were super easy to do and I am sure my kids will be wearing them alot. Even when Halloween is over.

I highly recommend you visit Vinyl Chatter. She has so many products and the personalization is just about limitless. Just think the holidays are right around the corner and I just know they will have that perfect gift you are looking for!!!

  1. They are all very cute. Your son's makes me think of a cross between Micky Mouse and Angry Birds.
